Procrastinating...

It's been difficult getting through work lately cos of the endless things to do and trying to meet deadlines. I am like constantly owing colleagues some work here and there. SIANZ.

I got so stoned from work yesterday, and exasperated with my long fringe at the same time, that I just whipped out newspapers, scissors and a mirror... and started trimming my fringe right in office. YYAAAAHHHHHH... It's THAT bad. My colleague sat beside me and looked at me with wonder. cant blame her... THis is probably the most bizarre thing I've ever done...

And as I type now... I actually feel so much more like sleeping then turning on my work laptop to work. think i'm not going to make it. Sleep IS calling out to me. sigh.

and did I mention I've been skipping all those japanese language classes? I am so dead for JLPT.

It's been a lousy month and the next month aint going to get any better. I cant wait to fly to Taiwan in dec. sigh...

Amelie's baby shower

Had pizzas at soann's house today, followed by scrapbooking session. It was pretty enjoyable actually. Just that i was very stoned from staying up late last night, to catch Autumn's Concerto. Anyway, i finally finished the card for Amelie. Super tired. Nitez. :)

Shopaholic Princess...

Did some major wallet damage last weekend and today. Guess I thought I'll splurge now... if not, come Nov-Dec, I'll be swamped with weddings already.

Bought two tops and a kawaii elephant bag from Women's Secrets last Friday while shopping with Soann... Their things are really cute. SWEEEEEET ^_^

Bought a pink sony MP3 today, for my upcoming GE marathon on 1 Nov. I am so gg to die because I have not trained for the run at all. sigh. Better start intensive training over the next two weeks liao. sianz.

okay. seriously. no more shopping. Gotta hold true to this resolution. THINK OF TAIWAN IN DEC. There. That should work... ... ... right?

Glad I Journalled...

While trying to update my profile - Favourite quotations in facebook just now, I took out my old diary to see if I had jotted down any special quotes before... Had the chance to read some of my old entries too... kinda brought back some memories... made me wonder what i was thinking about back then too... some of the things have changed while some feelings remain unchanged.

oh well... I'm glad i journalled anyway... because it's often more than just noting things that happened. it's also about transforming my thoughts into something more real, seeing them materialise into black and white. Although some may think it's sad you don't talk to friends but create monologues in books instead. Hmm... Watever. Let me dwell in my own bliss reading my youthful ignorant past anway.

P/s I did find a quote that I wanted to include in FB, but stupid FB had errors. oh well. wasted my time typing. crapz:-

Happy MAF! To make up for the lack of lantern mood this year, went to have steamboat with thien just now. Super yummy steamboat with really sweet veg and soup. Will def head back again. :)
