Inspired?

Met up with Helen, a trainer for clay workshop earlier on. Looking at the numerous kawaii figurines she had brought along, i feel inspired to do some art too. Should i start this weekend? Hehe. :)

Drink pure water

I decided to scrub clean my water filter last weekend. Check out how dirty my water filter has become (refer inner filter). It used to be white but now it's all muddy feel. Geez. I should be glad that i haven't drank in this mess. Feel a little more balanced now that i have spent the money to buy this. :)

The movie.

He's finally acting in a movie. I can't wait to see him on big screen. It'll be a happy week ahead. :)

Interesting workshop @HR Summit

Steve was demonstrating stress at work. He placed this participant on heart monitor so that he could show us how to achieve coherence within ourselves. Hmmm. Cheem but interesting. :)
