My first real present - affirmed friendship

Although I've shopped a lot for the past month, both in the spirit of GSS and under the pretext of celebrating for my birthday in advance, nothing beats receiving a personal gift from dear friends. Received my first present for this year - a bday card from a sweet babe. Testament to 15 years of wonderful friendship. Hee. Thank you lots dear. :)

Had high-tea with friends at P.S. cafe on Sunday. Bacon and egg was yummy. As always, we sat and chilled, talked about the good old days, upcoming travels and our crappy work currently. And when the desserts were served, we stopped all chatter and zoomed in on the cakes immediately. Ha. such are the gatherings of piggies. But it was simple joy. That's all that matters.

Late for office as usual. Think there's low motivation for work because there's so many things going on. Looking forward to my trip next week. :)

Fighting the sleeping bug

At my favourite study place, g.jeans again. Yet another futile attempt to study japanese language because I feel so sleepy. Decided to do random doodling. Ha. Guess it's better than me roaming the shops and buying more stuff? Already spent $50 buying cds just now. Oops.

Anyway, one of these days I may take a short course on art, photography or doodling. See how ba. Really ought to start on jap first but it's been a draining week and I just want to stone... :/
