Japan Travel 2010

Got a lil' exasperated the last two months when people started asking me if my April Japan trip was confirmed. Truth was I haven't been planning for it and the supposed-to-be travel group was really quiet about it so I couldn't confirm who I was going with, when etc... was also at a loss if I should dedicate two weeks of my time solely to osaka or get the train pass to travel elsewhere which I had no idea where... Then I had a shock last week, when I realised that sakura in osaka would bloom by first week of Apr. My initial plan was only to go Japan in late Apr, and if so, I would have totally missed the sakuras . That was like my dream for this year really. I hope I really get to see them and take lots of photos. ha :)

Other ideas also formed when I chanced upon an ANA airfare where domestic flight to okinawa/ sapporo would only cost $250. This means that in total, I would be spending $650 + $250 for osaka & okinawa, which is cheaper than what i expected. hmm. sounds like I've got a great plan there, haven't I?

So now, at least for the time being, I think I will stick to travel to Japan between 4 - 18 Apr (2 weeks, osaka and okinawa). It would be easier to plan that way i guess.

Wish me luck. The countdown officially begins. :)
